Short-term Reservation

Short-term stays are weeks or less (Daily/Weekly)

  • Minimum 2-night stay
  • Water, sewer, electric included (RV must be self-contained)
  • $80/night, $450/week
  • $100-$150 reservation deposit (applied to reservation)
  • 4 people per site. Additional person $10/night (limited to 7 nights). Maximum of 5 people per site. 
  • $3.50 reservation fee
  • Reservations accepted up to a year in advance
  • No same day reservations
  • All rates are subject to change
  • Specific sites requests are not guaranteed

Long-term Reservation

Long-term reservations are one month or longer (including month-to-month)

  • Maximum of six months
  • $1100/month + electric ($0.32/kWh)
  • 2 people per site
  • $3.50 reservation fee
  • Water and sewer included (RV must be self-contained)
  • $200 utility deposit (charged at time of reservation and applied to final electric bill)
  • Requires background check at applicant's expense (approximately $30)
  • Reservations accepted up to a year in advance
  • No same day reservations
  • All rates are subject to change
  • Specific sites requests are not guaranteed

Cancelation Policy: $25 Cancelation Fee

Canceling 14 days or more from arrival date a $25 cancelation fee will be accessed. Deposit minus the cancelation fee will be refunded.

Canceling less than 14 days from arrival date deposit will be kept. 

 

Reservation Arrival Date Change Policy

Charges will begin on scheduled arrival day of reservation 

  • Unless notice is given 14 days or more prior to arrival

  • Due to site being held for Renter, charges will begin on arrival date

  

Early Departure Policy: 

If for some reason you choose to leave prior to the end end of your paid reservation we will refund the nights not stayed minus the appropriate early departure fee.

14 day notice = $25 early departure fee

Less than 14 days notice = $100 early departure fee

Note:  If your stay does not equal the rate paid, the reservation site fee will be recalculated to the appropriate rate.

  • Example - must stay a week to get the weekly rate or the reservation will be recalculated to the daily rate.

  • Example - must stay a month or the reservation will be recalculated to the weekly or daily rate.
